Have been gradually adopting a vegetarian lifestyle over the past 10 years.  Have worked in the medical profession for the past 32 years and have a great respect for holistic and complimentary therapies, including Ayurveda.  My love of Hindu music and culture has led me to examine a more spiritual and thoughtful lifestyle.
